Best lawyer in town

Just saw the article and your picture in the Orlando magazine! I guess I did pick the best lawyer in town.

Thank you, to you and your staff

Thank you, to you and your staff, for the professional and caring handling of my son and his estate. I sincerely appreciate the considerable time and effort provided.

A good man-you are the best

You have been nothing but professional and so knowledgeable. You have been so helpful. We’ve appreciated the “heart” you have put into your work. A good man – you are the best.

Much gratitude in our hearts

Your help with settling my husband’s estate with your professionalism and genuine kindness will always be regarded with much gratitude in our hearts.

We’ve been in good hands, thank you

We are very grateful for all the estate planning you provided us over the years.  I can’t tell you of all the horror stories we’ve heard and watched of those who failed to plan.  We’ve been in good hands, thank you.

Welcome to The Law Office of Stephen D. Dunegan

Hi, I’m Steve Dunegan. I am a small town boy who went to the big city and came back to tell about it. After being born and raised in Winter Garden, I somehow found myself at Cornell University, where I received both my law degree and my MBA. I then was hired by a big law firm in New York City to work in their tax department for 2 years before returning home to raise a family. I spent the next 30 years practicing advanced estate planning and tax law with several of Orlando’s largest law firms, and in 2014 I finally came full circle and opened my office in Winter Garden. Along the way I became Board Certified by the Florida Bar in both Wills, Trusts and Estates and Tax Law.

When you come to our office, you’re going to experience a nice mix of high quality legal work and down home hospitality. While we practice the highest level of estate planning and probate, you will be treated like family and receive the best possible service we can offer. And if you haven’t visited downtown Winter Garden lately, you are in for a treat. It’s truly the reincarnation of Mayberry, except with a lot more restaurants and ice cream shops. We even have a micro-brewery! So when you or a loved one needs our services, I hope you will consider stopping in to see us.
